They are only to be used when you intend to use Escrow Funds Now as your transactional funding source.

Important Notice

You may only use our POF or VOD letters in connection with real estate transactions funded by us.
Misuse of these letters or any of our tools or services may result in your disqualification from future funding opportunities.
We reserve the right to approve or deny funding at our sole discretion, especially in cases of misuse or misrepresentation.
