A standard 1–3 day transactional funding deal involves:

  • A – Seller
  • B – Investor (You)
  • C – End Buyer

Step 1: A sells the property to B (AB Closing)
Step 2: B sells the property to C (BC Closing)
Both closings typically happen on the same day using the same title company or closing agent.

Note: Cs funds must be in escrow before the AB closing takes place.
